Nostalgie coffee grinder by Peugeot
The beauty of a timeless object, the feel of raw materials in your hands, the sound of beans crunching under metal teeth, the sweetest of morning smells and finally the taste of freshly ground coffee: more than a moment, a memory.
Description
Since 1840, Peugeot has been a benchmark in the world of cooking. Much more than its automobiles, the brand is best known for its pepper, salt and spice mills, which equip the kitchens of the world's greatest chefs.
All mills are designed, developed and manufactured in France, notably at the Quingey plant in the Doubs region, using wood of European origin.
Featuring a closed hopper (30g capacity) and a sturdy steel mechanism, this mill with its retro charm guarantees a perfect minute grind, while preserving the quality of the beans.
The grind is easily adjusted by means of the notched knob under the crank handle, allowing you to adapt its fineness to your preferences: from extremely fine for an espresso to the coarsest for a plunger coffee.
Made of lacquered walnut wood, it features a clever drawer to collect freshly ground coffee.
Reserved for roasted coffee beans.
