- 250g "00" soft wheat flour
- 250g durum wheat flour (semolina)
- 5 whole eggs and water to a total weight of 250g
- 1 pasta machine
With the sheeter alone, you can prepare pasta sheets ranging from 0.5mm to 4.8mm thick, with a maximum width of 15cm, to suit a wide range of pasta formats. Once cut, these sheets can be used to make lasagne dough. With the accessories, you can make 6.5mm-wide fettuccine and 1.5mm tagliolini. To take the art of fresh pasta a step further, pair your machine with our ravioli attachment.
