Gobel's plain round tin-rimmed springform pan is a versatile baking utensil. It is designed to bake a wide variety of pastries: cakes, sponge cakes, cheesecakes, cookies or bavarois.
This cake tin has a 4.5cm rim. Tinplate ensures even heat distribution for optimal baking. Its use produces preparations with perfect textures, golden colors and clean contours.
However, it is advisable to grease the pan before each use to ensure impeccable results and successful removal from the mold. Temperatures above 250°C should be avoided. Cleaning and drying are done by hand.
