Its crown shape is ideal for your king cake, baba au rhum, sponge cake, ice cream recipes... Thanks to its quality coating (guaranteed PFOA- and PFOS-free), reinforced with thick, sturdy ceramic, there's no need to add fat to the bottom of your mold before baking.
Available in various diameters and heights, from individual bites to large cakes: Ø8 x 2 cm / Ø12 x 2.5cm / Ø22 x 4.5 cm / Ø24 x 5 cm / Ø24 x 5.8 cm / Ø26 x 6.2 cm. An essential professional-quality accessory for all kinds of cooking, with a maximum cooking temperature of 250°C.
