This two-layer non-stick coated steel mould is made in France by the oldest manufacturer specializing in pastry moulds since 1887. It is ideal for baking delicious cakes, sponges, cheesecakes, cookies and bavarois.
Thanks to its quality coating (guaranteed PFOA- and PFOS-free), reinforced with thick, sturdy ceramic, there's no need to add fat to the bottom of your mold before baking.
Its hinge and removable base allow easy removal from the mold, for impeccable cakes every time. Available in three sizes, with diameters of 24, 26 or 28 cm for receptions of all sizes.
