Description
This airy cake soaked in syrup and rum can be enjoyed in small portions thanks to these tin or aluminum molds, which ensure optimal baking.
The mold is available in 2 models: the dariole mold with high, straight edges for Neapolitan-style rum baba in the shape of an elongated pear; or the circular mold in the shape of a mini-savarin for a hollow rum baba into which whipped cream is inserted.
