Tips for use and maintenance

  • Flour your bread basket well before placing your dough in it
  • Once your dough is in the basket, cover it with a warm, slightly damp cloth.
  • After rising, turn your bread dough out onto a baking sheet before putting it in the oven.
  • After use, shake your basket and let it dry well
  • Do not put in the oven or dishwasher.
