Tips for use and maintenance
- Flour your bread basket well before placing your dough in it
- Once your dough is in the basket, cover it with a warm, slightly damp cloth.
- After rising, turn your bread dough out onto a baking sheet before putting it in the oven.
- After use, shake your basket and let it dry well
- Do not put in the oven or dishwasher.
