Enamelled steel frying pan / wok, any diameter, for cooking vegetables, fish and meat in a gentle way, sautéing, frying or steaming with a lid. With the two handles, the finished dish can be served directly at the table.
Suitable for all heat sources including induction.

Description
Enameled steel is characterized by good thermal conductivity and easy maintenance. Composed of iron melted with glass at high temperature, it is made of natural raw materials. The iron core allows the heat to be quickly stored and redistributed for energy efficient cooking. Finally, enamelled steel does not give off any odour during cooking and the food retains all its flavour.
Maintenance: Enamel is very resistant to scratches but beware of shocks that could chip it.
Hand wash recommended. Oven safe but not microwave safe.
