Description
The tip: use only fresh chestnuts, which you can recognize with a simple test:
Place the chestnuts in a bowl of water: the fresh ones sink to the bottom, the other fruits, old or worm-eaten so lighter, rise to the surface of the water.
Maintenance: The enamel is very resistant to scratches but beware of shocks that could chip it.
Hand washing recommended. Oven safe but not microwave safe. Do not use abrasive brushes such as steel wool, opt for a soft cleaning.
