Description
This Palestinian oven was once used by people who didn't have an oven at home.
The pot, equipped with a sort of "chimney" in the middle, allows the heat to spread everywhere, so cooking is done perfectly over the gas flame.
Perfect for camping, this portable oven is a great alternative to a traditional oven, allowing you to bake cakes and other dishes with a simple gas stove. Pay particular attention to the speed of cooking when you're not yet familiar with your Palestinian oven.
