Description
Brew a richly aromatic cup of coffee with this traditional Vietnamese coffee filter. Made of stainless steel, it uses slow, gravity-fed extraction to bring out the full complexity of your ground coffee.
Easy to use and reusable indefinitely, this filter is an eco-friendly alternative to disposable filters.
Instructions
- Place the filter on a cup.
- Add 15 to 20 g of ground coffee.
- Place the perforated press on top of the coffee.
- Pour a small amount of hot water for pre-infusion.
- Wait 30 to 45 seconds.
- Add the rest of the hot water.
- Close the lid and let the coffee drip slowly.
Tips for Use
For optimal extraction, use a medium to slightly coarse grind and water heated to between 90 °C and 95 °C. For a traditional Vietnamese-style brew, add sweetened condensed milk to the bottom of your glass before brewing.
