How to prepare your filter coffee?
Pour 50g of ground coffee directly into the filter (no need for filter paper). Make a well in the coffee and slowly pour in 100ml of boiling water to swell and then pause. Repeat the process by adding 300ml of hot water in slow circular motions over the center of the coffee. Finish the brewing process with 300ml to continue to slowly saturate the grind for a ready to serve coffee.
