Isen flaxseed mill by Peugeot
Flaxseeds are considered to be real superfoods, renowned for their numerous health benefits, but as their husks are not easily digestible, it's essential to grind them at the last minute to preserve all their virtues and prevent them from going rancid.
Well, there's a mill just made for this situation: Isen.
Description
Peugeot has been a benchmark in the world of cooking since 1840. Much more than its cars, the brand is best known for its pepper, salt and spice mills, which equip the kitchens of the world's greatest chefs.
Made in France and PEFC-certified, Peugeot's Isen flaxseed mill in beechwood (from the forests of Franche-Comté) and stainless steel is no exception to the House of Peugeot's excellence.
It features an innovative polyamide mechanism: a technical material specially chosen to adapt to the texture and hardness of flax seeds, thanks to its resistance to wear and friction and its chemical inertia, which preserves aromas and nutritional qualities.
Its lightness and sturdiness make it easy to handle, and its easy disassembly means it can be quickly cleaned by simply brushing it with the swab supplied with the mill.
The Isen mill also grinds sesame, cumin, chia seeds and juniper berries.
Not suitable for all seeds or spices.
