The Nancy model is available in four distinct versions, each optimized to fully reveal the aromas of the spices it accommodates.

Classic Pepper Mill: Designed for black, white, green or red pepper and coriander seeds, this mill is equipped with a specially adapted steel mechanism. It slices rather than crushes the peppercorns, releasing all their aromas.

Timut Pepper Mill: This berry (for it is not a pepper), with its citrus notes, deserves special treatment. The dedicated Nancy mill is equipped with a reinforced mechanism, designed to grind the more fragile berries without breaking them, in order to preserve their unique texture and fragrance.

Dry Salt Mill: Perfect for rock salts (white, pink or blue), this mill features a corrosion-resistant stainless steel mechanism. It is designed to grind salt crystals up to 4 mm in size.

Wet Salt Mill: Wet salt, like Guérande salt, requires a specific mechanism. Nancy's wet salt mill is equipped with a ceramic system specially designed to grind salt that still contains a slight moisture content, preserving its soft texture and minerals.
