Pepper mill Peugeot Hostellerie
22 cm of expertise and pleasure to satisfy every palate.
Description
Peugeot has been a benchmark in the world of cooking since 1840. Much more than its cars, the brand is best known for its pepper, salt and spice mills, which equip the kitchens of the world's greatest chefs. All mills are designed, developed and manufactured in France, notably at the Quingey plant in the Doubs region, before being exported to over 80 countries.
Created in 1953, the Peugeot Hostellerie pepper mill features a reservoir that can be easily refilled by simply unscrewing the knob, making it a must-have in the kitchens of top chefs, renowned for its practicality and elegance.
Made in France from chocolate-stained beech wood (bearing the PEFC label, guaranteeing sustainable forest management), it combines aesthetics and functionality.
Its slender 22 cm silhouette, combined with its velvety chocolate finish, ensures optimal grip and a pleasant feel to the touch.
The mill features a golden knob which, in addition to its indisputable aesthetic appeal, allows you to adjust the grind size: the tighter the knob, the finer the grind.
Can be used for black, white or green peppers, rose berries (up to 15% in a blend) and coriander seeds. Do not use for salt.
Care and maintenance :
To preserve its beauty and effectiveness, we recommend cleaning it with a dry cloth, without using water or cleaning products.
