Moulin Collector Peugeot 1874
The Peugeot Bistro "Anniversaire 1874" manual pepper mill is a special edition celebrating over 150 years of know-how and innovation.
Description
Peugeot has been a benchmark in the world of cooking since 1840. Much more than its cars, the brand is best known for its pepper, salt and spice mills, which equip the kitchens of the world's greatest chefs. All mills are designed, developed and manufactured in France, notably at the Quingey plant in the Doubs region, before being exported to over 80 countries.
Inspired by the historic Z model of 1874, this collector's mill perfectly embodies Peugeot's heritage and expertise in the art of the table.
Designed with superior quality materials, it skilfully blends tradition and modernity, combining patinated beech wood (from French forests) and steel, to offer an unrivalled grinding experience.
A true collector's item that will appeal to lovers of fine pieces and enthusiasts of authenticity, its jewel knob, a faithful replica of the original, adds a touch of elegance to the ensemble, while the curved shape of its cap underlines its timeless character.
Equipped with the Peugeot grinding mechanism, this mill stands out for its efficiency and durability.
The adjustment knob enables precise adjustment of the grind, offering perfect control of fineness.
Available in salt mill and pepper mill versions.
- The pepper mill is ideal for grinding black, white, green or red peppers, pink berries (maximum 15% in a pepper blend) and coriander seeds.
- The salt mill is designed for dry salt crystals (rock salt). Do not use for wet sea salt, dried sea salt or pepper.
The mill arrives in a black velvet bag, itself contained in a collector's box, ideal for a gift.
