Wusthof sausage knife

This knife is designed for clean, precise cutting. Thanks to its serrated blade, it slices food without crushing or tearing.

The ergonomic polypropylene handle, secured by rivets, offers a comfortable grip. Its 14 cm blade is laser-cut from high-quality chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel.

Although often associated with the cheese knife, this versatile model can efficiently slice bread, sausage, cheese or even fruit, thanks to its fine serrations and precision.

Care instructions:

• Wash the knife by hand

• Avoid abrasive sponges and leaving the knife to soak in the sink

• Do not cut on hard surfaces such as metal, glass or dense wood (e.g. bamboo)
