Acetaia Giusti is one of Modena's oldest balsamic vinegar houses, and this Riserva di Famiglia is their most direct statement: a vinegar aged for at least 12 years, whose thick, velvety texture speaks immediately to the patience behind the process. On the palate, notes of plum jam, vanilla and honey find their balance against a gentle acidity, never tipping into cloying sweetness or sharpness.

The bottle is hand-blown, sealed with wax and tied with a red cord. That combination makes it as much a considered gift as a table condiment.
