Description
Reynaud is a Marseille house that does one thing well: dragées and confectionery. Their craft shows in how simple the product is.
Under a thin sugar shell sits a single pine nut. It's the classic dragée at its most direct: crisp, delicate, nothing fussy. Good for nibbling by the handful, and just as nice to see glittering in a dish on the table.
Each bag holds 150 g (5.3 oz), enough to fill a table bowl or put together a few small favours. A traditional dragée through and through, it works as a gift on its own or tucked into a sweet arrangement.
