Description

A real scallop shell for gratins, served straight at the table.

Natural and around 11 cm across, these scallop shells serve both as a cooking vessel and a serving piece. Use them for coquilles gratinées, seafood, individual gratins or neat starters, then set them straight on the table.

Heat-resistant, they go in the oven without any trouble, so there is no need to transfer anything between cooking and serving. After use, a wash is all it takes to have them ready for the next meal.

Sold individually. As each shell is a natural product, the shape, size and colour vary slightly from one to the next.
