Potpourri in terracotta Santa Maria Novella

Since the Middle Ages, the potpourri has been made by hand from a precious mixture of berries, aromatic herbs and dried flower buds typical of the Tuscan hills.

The potpourri contained in the small decorative terracotta jar releases an incomparable fragrance to naturally deodorize the house.

The mixture is stirred from time to time to revive the fragrance when it fades. The pot pourri refill to be placed in the jar is available on the site.
