Description
This rectangular griddle is made of steel sheet coated with beeswax for protection against oxidation. You then have to cook the utensil to reveal all its qualities and enjoy an incomparable cooking.
The utensil has aluminum handles for the smooth steel version and stainless steel for the grill version.
This dish is perfect for grilling food with little fat: meat and fish skewers and even vegetables for a healthy plancha cooking without harmful non-stick coating.
On the grill version, the grooves mark the meat like a restaurant grill and reduce the sticking surface.
The steel griddle can be used on all types of heat sources including induction and even on coals for outdoor barbecues.
Do not use detergents and do not use the dishwasher.
