Description
A fish-shaped stainless steel fish grill, with two hinged faces, for cooking a whole fish on the barbecue without it falling apart when you turn it. Lay the fish in the grill, close it, and turn the whole thing by the handle. In winter, it goes in the oven.
The grill is stainless steel wire, with a long looped handle and hooks that keep the two faces closed. It measures 62 cm long by 23 cm wide; the inside is 42 cm by 19 cm, room for a sea bream or a sea bass, or several mackerel side by side.
Before cooking, lightly oil the grill and the skin of the fish to limit sticking. Afterwards, soak it in hot water and scrub with a brush. Stainless steel does not rust and goes in the dishwasher; drying it quickly avoids water marks.
