Description
An automatic stainless steel pie server: cut the slice with the serrated edge, lift it, and a pusher operated by the handle slides the slice onto the plate without it tipping over or sticking to the server. Handy for fruit tarts, quiches and cakes that fall apart.
It is entirely stainless steel, folded from a single piece to form the triangular handle and the pushing mechanism. The sharp, serrated edge lets you cut straight in the tin. It measures 26 cm long, 5.5 cm wide and 8.5 cm high. Made in Italy.
It is dishwasher safe. Squeeze the handle with one hand while the other holds the plate. The serrated edge cuts through baked pastry, not a very hard crust: in that case, start with a knife.
