Case of 12 shellfish picks

Twelve stainless steel shellfish picks, in a wooden case that screws shut. A pick is a thin rod ending in a small two-pointed spoon: it reaches the meat in crab legs, crab claws or lobster joints, where neither knife nor fork can get in.

The picks are stainless steel, the case beech wood, in two screwed parts. Twelve pieces, enough to serve a large seafood table. Made in France.

Use them after the crackers or the nutcracker: once the shell is open, the pick draws out the meat without breaking it up. They also come in handy for an apéritif, for spearing olives or cubes of cheese. Wash by hand or in the machine, then dry them well before they go back in their case.
