Description
This fish-shaped lemon slice squeezer is for squeezing a slice of lemon over the plate without getting juice on your fingers or sending pips into the dish. Open the fish, place the slice in the centre, close it and squeeze: the juice comes out through the mouth.
It is in 18/8 stainless steel and measures 12 cm long. The scales, eye and fins are engraved in the metal, and the lever extending the tail serves as the handle.
It belongs on a table set for fish or a seafood platter, one per guest or one for the table, and does just as well for a cup of tea. Rinse it in hot water after use so the juice doesn't dry in the hinge, wipe it, and the stainless steel keeps neither smell nor trace of acidity.
