Description

Enamelled steel is characterized by good thermal conductivity and easy maintenance. Composed of iron melted with glass at high temperature, it is made of natural raw materials. The iron core allows the heat to be quickly stored and redistributed for energy efficient cooking. Finally, the enamelled steel does not give off any odour during cooking and the food retains all its flavour.

Caution: always use potholders after heating.

Maintenance: enamel is very resistant to scratches, but beware of shocks that could chip it.

Hand washing recommended. Oven safe but not microwave safe.
