Description
A bird-shaped table lemon squeezer, for squeezing a wedge or slice of lemon straight onto the plate or into the glass without getting juice on your fingers. Slip the piece of lemon into the bird's body, squeeze the tail, and the juice runs out.
It is 18/8 stainless steel, a food-grade steel that does not rust and does not take on the taste of lemon. The body is stamped to form the feathers, and the two halves are joined by a rivet. It measures 11 cm long, 5 cm wide and 3 cm high.
It serves at the table for fish, oysters, tea or lemon water, and stays beside the plate. Afterwards, rinse it in hot water to remove the pulp and wipe it dry. A small utensil that fits in the hand.
