Maianenco stripes pink fabric by the metre

Maianenco stripes fabric by the metre, a paisley print arranged in bands on a pink ground. The bands can be cut to edge a tablecloth, a napkin or a curtain, or paired with the plain Maianenco, the small floral from the same family, also sold by the metre.

Cotton percale, 100% cotton, 152 cm wide, sold in lengths of 1 m x 1.52 m. Percale is a tight, smooth weave, finer than standard cloth, pleasant for table linen or light dressmaking. The pattern is designed and printed by Les Olivades in Saint-Étienne-du-Grès.

Run the length through a 40 °C wash before cutting, allowing for shrinkage of around 3%. No tumble dryer, no bleach, iron on a medium setting. Percale holds up well wash after wash and the print keeps its colours.
