Maianenco white fabric by the metre

Maianenco white is a Provençal fabric by the metre on a white ground scattered with dots: small bouquets of red roses, little blue and yellow flowers and green leaves, arranged in a staggered pattern. It is the freshest of the series, the one to choose for a summer table, kitchen curtains or an apron.

100% cotton percale, 152 cm wide, sold by the metre in one-metre lengths across the full 1.52 m width. Percale has a smooth feel and a light drape that suits tablecloths and curtains; it sews easily and takes hems well under the iron.

A printed white machine washes at 40 °C, without bleach, which would attack the colours of the pattern; dry it in the shade. Wash the length before cutting, then iron on the reverse. Cared for properly, the ground stays white and the roses keep their red.
