Perforated olive wood kitchen spatula
Due to new U.S. regulations, this item cannot be shipped to the United States.
Description
The perforated olive wood spatula is a kitchen spatula pierced with holes: use it to lift sautéed vegetables or potatoes out of the pan without carrying the fat along, to drain what you serve, or to stir without crushing. The juices stay in the pan, not on the plate.
It is in olive wood, 30 cm long, with a curved, widened end pierced with nine holes. Olive is a dense wood, full of oil, which does not soak up water and resists odours; no two spatulas have the same grain. Made by Redecker.
It suits every pan, including non-stick ones, which it does not scratch. Wash by hand in warm water, dry straight away, no dishwasher and no soaking. If the wood goes dull, a few drops of cooking oil on a cloth.
