Description

Individual lemon squeezer in stainless steel, to garnish fish, seafood or tea with a dash of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

This small individual lemon slice squeezer sits beside the plate, so that each guest squeezes their own slice when they want it, over oysters, fish or into a cup of tea. The slice slips between the two shells, you squeeze, and the juice comes out through the spout.

It is in stainless steel, measures 8 cm long by 7 cm wide, and fits in the palm. The two shells are hinged on a pin; the inside has small studs that crush the pulp, and the tip forms a spout that directs the juice.

Run it under hot water after the meal, wipe it, and it goes back in the drawer. For a full table, set one per person: it is cleaner than squeezing by hand and keeps pips off the plate.
