Description

A hand-shaped faience medallion from southern France that scents a room as naturally as it decorates it.

Made entirely by hand in a small workshop in the south of France, this white biscuit medallion is shaped like a traditional Provençal hat. It's first and foremost something to look at, to hang on a wall or tuck onto a Christmas tree branch, and a diffuser second.

What makes it work is the material itself: unglazed faience stays porous, soaking up essential oils and releasing them slowly into the air around it. A few drops are all it takes. No electricity, no liquid container, just the clay doing what clay does.

Directions for use: add a few drops of lavandin oil to create a lovely Provençal scent.
