Description

The fluted pan that gives Alsatian kugelhopf its twisted crown shape.

The twisted flutes and central tube shape the classic kugelhopf silhouette, and they help the cake bake evenly all the way through. It comes out the way you expect: golden, sculpted, and ready for the table.

The two-layer non-stick coating is PFAS-free and among the thickest you'll find. At 0.5 mm (0.02 in) against the 0.3 mm of most store-bought pans, it holds up better and lasts longer. You don't need to grease the pan before baking, and the batter turns out cleanly every time. Hand wash only: it doesn't go in the dishwasher.
