Each 100 g box holds 12 pieces, made in the spirit of the generous, old-fashioned recipes our grandparents knew.
These florentines are made by hand in a family workshop near Nantes. The recipe is traditional and rich, built around almonds, butter and cream. A almond nougatine base is coated in chocolate, with no egg, no flour and no gluten.
The first bite brings soft salted butter caramel against the bitterness of French dark chocolate at 63% cocoa. The almond nougatine crunches, honey adds roundness, and a pinch of Guérande salt lifts everything. Flaked almonds, Corinth raisins and diced candied orange peel finish the mix.
Free from GMOs, palm oil, preservatives and artificial flavourings, these French-made florentines go very well with a coffee or a cup of tea.
