Description
This De Buyer tray holds six ring-shaped cavities, each 8 cm across, sized for mini savarins, mini babas or ring doughnuts.
The coated steel heats up quickly and reaches the temperatures needed to caramelise the sugars in your batter. The cavities are spaced to let hot air move freely around each one, so every piece bakes at the same rate. The result is consistent colour and texture across all six.
The non-stick coating makes unmoulding straightforward, protects the steel from oxidation and keeps daily cleaning simple. Lightly grease the cavities before use, then wash the tray by hand with a soft sponge after each bake. Oven-safe up to 220 °C (428 °F).
