Description
Made for portioning soft and semi-hard cheeses. The wire is easy to replace when it wears out, which extends the life of the tool considerably.
The board is cut from rubberwood, a naturally dense timber that resists moisture well and is a sound choice for contact with food.
Care: a wipe with a damp sponge is enough for everyday use. For a deeper clean, rub with coarse salt and lemon, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Please note: no dishwasher and no fridge, as both can damage the wood.
