This 36 cm enamelled steel deep fryer comes with its nickel-plated steel basket.
Enamelled steel has two decisive qualities for frying: it heats up quickly and holds a stable temperature, giving even, regular cooking with no drop in heat when the food goes in. The enamel protects the metal from rust, does not hold odours and passes no stray taste to the oil.
Its induction compatibility is unusual in this category: most traditional enamelled steel fryers do not work on this type of hob.
Care takes a little attention: wash by hand in hot soapy water and dry straight away with a soft cloth to protect the enamel.
No scouring pads, no dishwasher.
