Description

Made entirely of pure tin-plated steel for a sturdy, durable kitchen utensil, with a comfortable ergonomic handle.

The grinder requires manual operation and comes with 3 grids for different uses:
- Ø1mm for coulis, soups, sauces...
- Ø2.5mm for purées, veloutés, compotes...
-Ø4mm for mozzarella

Output from 1 to 1.5 kg of soup, compote or purée per minute.
