Made in the Vosges by the famous DeBuyer kitchen brand, this straight-edged pastry "Heart" is ideal for making entremets and desserts with a romantic design.
The quality of the stainless steel it's made of means it's highly resistant to deformation, yet flexible enough to be easily removed from the mould.
