Description
This double-walled stainless-steel bain-marie cooker is easy to use, thanks in part to its interior graduation for easy measurement of the quantity to be prepared.
The ergonomically shaped handle is made of plastic to avoid any risk of burning, and is overmolded with an anti-slip coating.
An opening at the top of the handle is used to fill the water reservoir located between the walls. A fill indicator shows the minimum and maximum amount of water to be poured.
A valve prevents pressure build-up during use, ensuring maximum safety.
For added protection, this bain-marie is edged with a pouring rim that makes it easy to pour hot food without splashing.
Suitable for all burners, including induction, but not for oven use.
Care: hand-wash. Do not put in dishwasher.
