Description

This beautiful boxed set includes 40 cards and was published in 2000 unique numbered copies.

Each card is made of lightly embossed paper and features black ink illustrations like engravings: simple but richly detailed sketches of street artisans of the past with their working accessories.

Discover all the paraphernalia and allure of these artisans who animate the streets: hat dealers, feather makers, gold beaters, remoaners or other famous nail makers balance their tools and articles on their shoulders or at the end of a wire.

A nice gift for all collectors of old cards sensitive to the charm of the human know-how of yesteryear.
