Made entirely of stainless steel, this nutcracker is dishwasher safe.

This reversible nutcracker cracks walnuts on one side and hazelnuts, almonds or Brazil nuts on the other: the head pivots on its axis, and each face has a cup of a different size. One pair of pliers for all the autumn's nuts.

It is made of cast aluminium, with two long arms that give the leverage to open a shell without straining. The cups are ridged so the nut does not slip when you squeeze. It is made in France.

Place the nut in the matching cup, squeeze with one clean movement, and the shell opens without reducing the kernel to crumbs. For hazelnuts, turn the head over. After the season, a wipe with a damp sponge is enough; dry it and it goes back in the drawer until next autumn.
