4-Drum Rotary Grater

One tool, four ways to work your ingredients, from crisp vegetables to well-aged cheese.

Easy to move around, it locks onto the worktop with a suction base and grates straight into a bowl. Turn the crank and you're done.

Each drum has its own job:

• Coarse grating drum for Parmesan and other hard cheeses, and also for chocolate, nuts and dried fruit.

• Fine grating drum for fruit and vegetables such as carrots or apples, as well as Gruyère and other firm cooked cheeses.

• Julienne drum turns carrots or zucchini into neat matchsticks in seconds.

• Slicing drum cuts cucumbers, potatoes or zucchini into even rounds.

Made from stainless steel and wood, it comes apart for cleaning. All the parts can go in the dishwasher except the crank and its wooden handle, which should be washed separately.
