4 porcelain santons
Due to new U.S. regulations, this item cannot be shipped to the United States.
Description
Four porcelain fèves (the charms baked into a king cake) shaped like santons, to slip into the galette or brioche des rois. The figures are those of the nativity: the infant Jesus, Mary, Joseph, the shepherd's star, a shepherd, a wise man, the donkey, the ox, a sheep. The set of 4 is picked at random from these figures.
The fèves are painted porcelain on a small white base, the size of a baker's fève. They withstand baking.
Place one in the dough before baking, towards the edge so as not to land on it when cutting, and warn children that it is hard under the tooth. Afterwards, rinse it and keep it: these figures are collected, and a few sets make a small nativity scene.
