Description
Adjustable stainless steel pastry frame, for building a layered dessert, a fraisier, a tiramisu or a sponge to the size you want. The two L-shaped sides slide into each other: you choose the size of the cake to match the number of guests, with a single frame.
Stainless steel, 5 cm high. Width adjusts from 17.5 to 32 cm, length from 27.5 to 52.5 cm, so from a small family dessert to a large caterer's tray.
Set the frame directly on a baking sheet or a serving dish, build the layers inside, press down, and leave to set in the fridge. To unmould, run a thin blade along the edges and lift the frame off. It goes in the oven for baking a sponge to the right size. Wash by hand or in the dishwasher; stainless steel takes either.
