Description
A stainless steel ladle, 10 cm in diameter, with a long handle ending in a hook. It is the classic serving ladle, for soup, stock, ratatouille or punch, deep enough to fill a soup plate in one or two goes.
It is one-piece, meaning pressed from a single piece of stainless steel: no weld between the handle and the bowl, so no weak point and no crevice where food gets stuck. It is 38 cm long. Made in Italy.
The end of the handle is curved so it can hang from a kitchen rail or on the rim of a stockpot without slipping in. It goes in the dishwasher. Stainless steel takes on neither the taste nor the colour of tomato sauces, and it can be left in the hot pot.
