Bonis stripes black fabric by the metre

Bonis stripes black fabric by the metre: a Provençal print in bands, beige and orange-brown on a black ground. The bands serve as borders, trims or table runners; cut and laid on a plain black or ecru fabric, they make a tablecloth or a curtain without buying three fabrics.

Cotton percale, 100% cotton, 152 cm wide, sold in lengths of 1 m x 1.52 m. The Bonis design, available plain and in bands, is a Les Olivades pattern, screen printed in their workshop in Saint-Étienne-du-Grès.

For a black ground, wash inside out at 40 °C with dark colours, without bleach. No tumble dryer, iron on a medium setting on the reverse. Shrinkage of around 3% on the first wash, to allow for before cutting the bands.
