Toilet brush holder

This beech toilet brush holder is a complete set: the stand, the brush and its dish. It replaces the plastic blocks found in bathrooms with an object in wood and fibre that can be left in view.

The round base and the upright are oiled beech; the brush has a turned beech handle and a head of pale plant fibres, stiff enough to clean the bowl. A terracotta dish sits in the base and collects the water that drips off.

Rinse the brush after use, shake it and set it back in its ring: the head air dries above the dish, which you empty from time to time. For the oiled wood, a damp cloth is enough; do not leave it standing in a puddle.

The brush wears out before the stand: replace it and keep the base.
